Online Courses

We believe in empowering people through education. Not everyone has access to physical therapy and wait times at clinics can often be months long. We have designed the following courses to help individuals get started on their rehabilitation process. These courses aren't a replacement for physical therapy, but they will help you get started managing your symptoms while you're waiting to establish care with a physical therapist.

Each course is self-paced and comes with access to live online office hours with a physical therapist.

Stay tuned, we're always adding more courses.
